QuickBooks Integration Upgrade

Download Instructions:

1. Click on the Folder for the file you wish to download. A File Download dialog box appears.
2. Click Save and browse to the location where you want to save the installation file.
3. Click Save. The file will download.
4. Open Windows Explorer and browse to the location on your hard drive where you downloaded the installation file.
5. Double-click on the installation file. An installation wizard appears. Follow the Install Wizard's instructions until the installation is complete.

Note: Certain components of the Program are stored in your computer's system memory. It is strongly recommended that you reboot your machine immediately before and after installing the upgrade in order to free up the memory files for the Program update.

- Password required for some files to open.

- You will need Winzip to open these these files.

- All files require secure encrypted access to the Consumer Care Server. Secure Server access is only granted to Consumer Care Master Franchisees. To obtain your username and password from Head Office click here.
